Somewhat by accident, my technology career morphed into a technology management career at two of my employers. As I started learning about management, I also started learning about leadership and why those are two separate disciplines. Once I started looking at the world as someone who takes on the responsibility of leading others, I noticed how badly leadership is practiced.
